Equipment Advantages
1. The equipment consists of multiple components, including a base plate and a sliding worktable. The sliding worktable is connected via two triangular guide rails and six V‑groove rollers; after being pushed into the machining station, it can be manually locked in place. The overall structural design ensures stability throughout the machining process.
2. After the workpiece is lifted and positioned on the sliding table, it is secured using foam adhesive applied to the bottom and aligned with symmetrically arranged clamping blocks. Two servo motors, via a pair of ball screws, synchronously drive the Z-axis, enabling precise positioning of the workpiece and meeting the requirements for grinding and nesting operations.
3. Equipped with the capability to machine large-diameter through-holes in highly hard and brittle materials, it can produce concentric cylindrical annular workpieces in a single pass by switching between diamond thin-walled sleeve cutters of different diameters, making it suitable for a wide range of machining applications.
4. A PLC‑based control system drives a servo motor via a servo controller to achieve automatic tool feed. The machining process program can be pre‑configured, and the visualization touchscreen allows real-time monitoring of process data and adjustment of process parameter settings.
5. Specifically designed for large-diameter machining, it offers targeted advantages in processing large-diameter through-holes and concentric cylindrical ring‑shaped workpieces made of hard, brittle materials, thereby meeting the machining requirements of relevant applications.
