Equipment Advantages
1. The worktable is equipped with an electromagnetic chuck; the chuck’s magnetic force is adjustable, and its magnetization/demagnetization system is interlocked with the grinding head motor’s rotation. When the chuck is not magnetized, the grinding head cannot start, and the equipment features magnetic‑force monitoring and protection.
2. The worktable rotation employs an open-loop hydrostatic guideway structure and hydrostatic support technology, with a dedicated hydraulic power unit providing oil supply. The hydraulic power unit is equipped with pressure and fluid-level monitoring signals that are connected to the system.
