Equipment Advantages
1. Two chuck units are mounted on the rotary table; by rotating the table, the machining station is separated from the loading/unloading station.
2. The cutting head’s main frame features a high-rigidity structure and is driven by two primary motors, significantly enhancing machining stability.
3. The column‑mounted slide table is driven by a servo motor to enable vertical motion; the guide‑wheel bracket boasts excellent rigidity, ensuring robust and reliable performance and reducing the risk of wire breakage.
4. The wire management system is mature and stable; the pay‑out/reel‑in spool features a disc spring on the outer side of the reel, which secures the spool with a specified torque.
5. The pay-off and take-up spools are equipped with tapered locating sleeves, ensuring optimal concentricity between the spools and the pay-off/take-up shafts during installation.
6. The equipment features a short shaft spacing, fast cutting speed, high processing efficiency, and a low wire breakage rate.
7. The crystal holder employs a floating support structure to accommodate tilting of the locating surface’s end face; once the floating support is properly positioned, it is locked to ensure the silicon ingot is placed vertically with its center aligned.
8. The electrical control system utilizes the Inovance CNC system.
