Equipment Advantages

1. The overall equipment layout adopts a vertical configuration: the rotary table spindle drives the workpiece to rotate, while the column is a fixed beam mounted on the machine bed’s mounting surface; both feature box-type structures to ensure adequate rigidity and vibration resistance.

2. The equipment’s main drive is powered by a 3 kW variable-frequency motor that drives a gearbox; the gearbox is directly connected to the turntable spindle, which in turn drives rotation. The turntable spindle employs a multi-bearing configuration, offering high rigidity and excellent rotational accuracy.

3. The main motor is equipped with an inverter for stepless speed control; at a mains frequency of 50 Hz, it achieves a maximum spindle speed of 120 r/min. All rotating components are dynamically balanced, ensuring high transmission efficiency and smooth operation.

4. The grinding wheel spindle is driven by an electric motor, offering high spindle accuracy, excellent rigidity, high machining efficiency, and a long service life.
